Description

The YL-83 rain sensor is designed to detect water drops or surface humidity.
It consists of a rain detection plate and a control module based on the LM393 comparator.
Widely used in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and smart automation projects.

Working Principle

When water drops or humidity are present on the plate, its resistance changes, affecting the analog output.
